SOFTWARE LICENSE

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
www.webtechies.us grants you the rights to install and use the unregistered version of Quick Tweak an unlimited number of times on an unlimited number of PC's.

2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS

(A) You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Quick Tweak software under any condition.
(B) Without prejudice to any other rights, the Author of this Software may terminate this agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions. In such event, you must destroy all copies of Quick Tweak and all of its component parts.

3. COPYRIGHT
All titles, images, animations and text are copyright to www.webtechies.us. Therefore, you must treat Quick Tweak like any other copyrighted material except that you may install the unregistered version of Quick Tweak on an unlimited number of computers.

LIMITED WARRANTY

NO WARRANTIES
The Author of this Software expressly disclaims any warranty for Quick Tweak. The software product and any related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose. The user must assume the entire risk as to the quality and performance of the software. Should the software prove defective, the user assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair, or correction. Any liability of the seller will be limited exclusively to product replacement or refund of the purchase price.

NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES
In no event shall the author of Quick Tweak be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this product, even if the Author of Quick Tweak has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
